The Story Behind Operation Clean Inc.

Every day, service-disabled veterans face challenges in maintaining a home environment that fosters peace, comfort, and stability. Recognizing this struggle, Heather Newell, founder of Operation Clean Inc., envisioned a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans create a clean, organized, and stress-free home. As the owner of Bestway-Cleaning, she witnessed firsthand how many veterans struggled to keep up with household tasks due to physical limitations, PTSD, and other service-connected disabilities. She saw individuals forced to leave the homes they loved for assisted living, spouses overwhelmed by the demands of caregiving and house maintenance, and veterans frustrated by a living space that no longer felt manageable. Moved by these experiences, she launched Operation Clean Inc. to provide free cleaning, organizing, and counseling services that help veterans regain order, comfort, and peace in their lives.
